Online store – the website www.preceplus.lv maintained by the Company, where it is possible to purchase Goods.
Terms – this distance contract and the terms of use of the Online store (e-store);
Buyer – a legal entity or an adult natural person who wishes to purchase or has purchased Goods(s).
Goods – any goods offered in the Online store (e-store) and which the Buyer can order and purchase.
2. General Terms
2.1. The Terms regulate the legal relations between the Buyer and the Company in relation to the Goods and their delivery. The Terms shall also be considered a distance contract between the Buyer and the Company as a seller.
2.2. Making a purchase or order confirms the Buyer’s consent to these Terms.
2.3. The Buyer is obliged to indicate and enter true and complete personal data, contact information and means of payment. The Buyer must immediately inform the Company if an error is noticed in the specified data or if they have changed. The Buyer assumes responsibility for the consequences arising from inaccuracy or error in the data provided to the Company.
2.4. The Buyer is responsible for the accurate and correct placement of the order, indicating the necessary Goods, their quantity and specification (if a choice is provided).
3. Offer and order of Goods
3.1. Information about the Goods and their price is indicated in the Online Store next to the relevant Goods. The prices of the Goods and delivery are valid at the time of ordering the Goods. The Company has the right to change the range and offer of the Goods placed in the Online Store, as well as the indicated prices at its discretion at any time; the changes do not apply to orders already made and paid for.
3.2. Information about the Goods and its images are prepared for informational purposes, with the aim of improving the shopping experience in the Online Store. The appearance of the Goods may differ from that indicated in the images (especially taking into account the color reproduction, the illustrative meaning of the images), as well as the Goods may be in different packaging.
3.3. Information about the Goods and its terms of use are indicated in the Product documentation (or on the packaging) and have priority over the information indicated for informational purposes in the Online Store. Before using the Goods, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the relevant information and terms of use attached to the Goods.
3.4. Prices are indicated in euros (EUR). The price of the Goods is indicated in the Online Store with value added tax included. All payments for the Goods must be made in euros (EUR).
3.5. The Company strives to ensure that the prices of the Goods are always indicated accurately, however, it cannot guarantee that the prices indicated at the time of placing the order will be the correct, then valid prices of the Goods.
3.6. Delivery costs are indicated separately from the price of the Goods. The delivery service is provided by third parties (delivery company, carrier), in the event that the Buyer does not pick up the Goods at the Buyer's point of sale (dispatch of the Goods).
3.7. The Buyer first places an order for the Goods in the Online Store, which is placed in the shopping cart. The Buyer has the opportunity to continue selecting other Goods before placing the order.
3.8. At the time of placing the order, the Buyer must select/indicate the method and address of receipt of the Goods.
3.9. Before the final placement of the order, the Buyer is displayed information in the Online Store about the total order amount (price of the goods, taxes, delivery costs and other applicable costs).
3.10. After placing an order for the Goods and paying for it (making a prepayment), the Buyer will receive a confirmation of the order to the e-mail address provided by him. Confirmation to the e-mail address may be sent before payment if payment in cash upon receipt of the goods has been selected, or if the Company has offered post-payment, if applicable.
3.11. The invoice sent by the Company to the Buyer's e-mail address or available (downloadable) in the Online Store is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature. The Company is entitled to prepare the delivery documentation of the Goods electronically as well.
3.12. The Buyer must pay for the Goods and their delivery using one of the payment methods specified in the Online Store, by paying the Company's invoice.
3.13. If the Online Store offers the option of paying upon receipt of the Goods at the Company's point of sale, then a separate invoice is not issued, but the Buyer, when paying for the Goods at the point of sale, receives a cashier's receipt.
3.14. After the Company has received all the payment for the Goods and their delivery, the Company or the delivery company (carrier) will deliver the ordered Goods to the place of receipt indicated by the Buyer. The Buyer is bound by the terms and conditions of the selected Supplier of the Goods (for example, working hours and time at which the Goods must be collected, etc.).
